Terms & Services

By booking or using any tour, travel package, transportation, accommodation, or other services provided by Roots of Himalaya, the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions. Customers are responsible for providing accurate personal and booking information and for complying with all applicable travel, safety, and local regulations. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Roots of Himalaya. Prices, itineraries, accommodations, transportation, and activities may be changed when necessary due to weather conditions, road conditions, government restrictions, operational requirements, or other unforeseen circumstances, with reasonable notice wherever possible. Customers are expected to follow the instructions of our staff, guides, drivers, and local authorities throughout the trip. Roots of Himalaya will make reasonable efforts to provide the services as confirmed; however, we shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Any additional expenses arising from personal choices, delays, missed services, or failure to follow instructions shall be borne by the customer. By proceeding with a booking, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Services along with our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
