Refund Policy

At Roots of Himalaya, we value our customers’ trust and strive to provide a smooth and transparent booking experience. If a customer needs to cancel a confirmed booking, the refund will be processed according to the applicable cancellation terms and the time of cancellation. Cancellations made within the eligible refund period will receive a refund after deduction of any applicable processing, service, or cancellation charges. Bookings cancelled after the specified deadline, as well as no-shows, may not be eligible for a refund. In cases where a trip or service is cancelled or significantly modified by Roots of Himalaya due to unforeseen circumstances, weather conditions, safety concerns, or other operational reasons, customers will be informed promptly and an appropriate refund or alternative option will be provided. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable processing period.
